Navigating through unfortunate and unforeseen situations can be challenging, but with the right guidance, the burden can be lessened. Here are some key points to remember during the claims process:

1. Notify Your Broker Promptly:

   - Inform your broker as soon as possible about any incident that may result in a claim, within 30 days of the event.

2. Accurate Claims Form Information:

   - Ensure that the information on your claims form is accurate and includes comprehensive details about third parties and any eyewitnesses.

3. Report to the Police:

   - Report the incident to the police immediately, within 48 hours of the event, and obtain a case number to provide to FellaSurance Brokers when registering the claim.

4. Provide a Clear Incident Description:

   - Clearly describe how the accident or loss occurred.

5. Sketch for Motor Claims:

   - In the case of a motor claim, include a clear sketch of the incident.

6. Submit Relevant Documentation:

   - For property loss claims, submit proof of ownership and replacement quotes.

Once FellaSurance Brokers receives your completed claim form and necessary attachments, the documentation will be forwarded to the relevant insurer. We'll keep you updated on the progress and inform you if any additional information is required by the insurers.
